What do I get when I buy a Beach Potato Embroidery Kit (box)?

When you purchase a kit you will get the digital design files, the fabric to make the full top of the project, and additional notions or threads that are included with the box you purchased.
 

How many kits will you have?

We will have a new project every month.
 

I purchased the digital only file. Where do I download my digital design?

We automatically send you a link to the files to the email address you provided at check out. If you lose that email, please email us at support@beachpotatoembroidery.com and we will re-send your purchased files.
 

Can I share this design with a friend or family member?

Sharing of this design is prohibited. It is copyrighted and permitted for your use only.  Please direct anyone interested to purchase the design from our website as well.  Every sale is crucial to our ability to provide you with our products and services.

Can I sell the finished product?

Yes, you can sell the finished embroidery products at craft fairs and other venues.  
 

Why should I pre-order a kit? What happens if you sell out?

Pre-ordering a box guarantees that you will get the fabrics as shown in the sample photo.  In the event that we sell out, we will change the design colors to the materials we have available and post the new
product photos when they are ready for purchase.


Will you discontinue a kit after the month ends?

All kits will be available to purchase at any time. If we sell out of any of the fabrics of that kit, we will offer new color options. New product photos will be posted, and different color versions of the design will be available to purchase.
 

Can I adjust the size of your design?

Yes, you can alter the size of our design on your machine or software, but it is up to you to test it. We cannot support or guarantee the quality of the stitch out.

 

 

What is your return policy?

If any Beach Potato Embroidery physical products arrive damaged, please contact us at support@beachpotatoembroidery.com within two weeks of delivery of the product. In your email please attach photos of damaged item(s) as well as your order number and we will replace or refund the order.


We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, we will gladly offer you a refund or store credit within 30 days of your purchase, as long as the merchandise is in saleable condition and any product packaging or seals are not broken or tampered with. Digital designs, Beach Potato Embroidery Kits, and gift cards are excluded from returns. Please note that delivery costs are non-refundable. When shipping your order back we recommend that you retain proof of postage as well as traceable shipping method as Beach Potato Embroidery is not responsible for returns that are not received or damaged during return postage. Any orders received after the specified return period will not qualify for a refund and will be returned to the sender. Additionally, any delayed or lost in transit orders on our end will be followed up with our shipping vendors to make sure you receive your order. If there have been no updates to tracking for 3 weeks, please contact us and we will investigate further. If you have any questions regarding your order, please contact us. We are a small business and hope to retain your support for all future orders.
